WHO: The Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA) and The U.S. Census Bureau partner to explore viewpoints and learning beyond the Census numbers.
WHAT: The 2010 Census: Beyond the Números
The U.S. Census Bureau will report the latest data from the 2010 Census as well as socioeconomic trends from the American Community Survey pertaining to the Hispanic population. Further insights will be provided by a panel of experts from the academic and business world. They will share their opinions on the future of Hispanics, their projected $1.3 trillion buying power and how that relates to business, the economy and brand growth. Invited to participate will be researchers, business executives, media representatives, nonprofit leaders and stakeholders who will share exchange their perspectives about one of the fastest growing segments of the U.S. population.
