Titan provides sales, marketing, creative, research and maintenance of advertising in airports, on buses, rail, bulletins, telephone kiosks, street banners and street furniture. It also leads the way in the development and successful introduction of market leading digital Out-of-Home and Mobile platforms. Titan furnishes national and local clients with creative media solutions in the North Americas top markets including Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco, New Jersey, Dallas, Charlotte, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Seattle and Minneapolis/St. Paul.
We are looking for a Multicultural Sales Manager to build an independent, but deeply integrated business unit inside Titan to grow advertising sales to ethnic markets, specific, but not limited to the Hispanic audience in our national markets.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for helping lead our efforts nationally to grow and retain a multicultural customer base while delivering an exceptional customer experience for our diverse communities. There will be a strong focus on effective sales strategies, pricing and packaging, marketing, consumer contact strategies and relationship building. Strong emphasis on increasing sales and building new revenue streams.
Development of effective strategic multicultural campaigns and programs which contribute to achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
Responsible for ongoing research and program development leveraging local & regional multicultural community events, sponsorships, organizations, influencers and community leaders across all markets.
Bring the multicultural point of view across multiple functions, and work collaboratively with various markets and their teams to develop opportunities to increase market share of overall business and increase sales.
Responsible for prospecting and developing new business, making sales presentations and seeking out potential multicultural clients, as well as, building and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients.
Communicate and work well with senior level managers, clients, buyers, sales agencies, local communities and local sales/marketing teams.
Drive both an internal and external awareness of Titan initiatives for our multicultural communities.
Sharp business sense, resourceful, and able to reach and exceed revenue goals is needed.
Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of Advertising Sales experience required
Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
Previous experience in a multicultural sales and marketing environment is an asset
Strong leadership skills with the ability manage sales and engage sales teams
Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with excellent time management, decision-making skills and a strong work ethic.
